Furls is back with his weekly "Power 15", in which he lists and analyzes his top fifteen teams in the country. This list may look different from the national polls, and that's by design. Unlike those pollsters, Furls does not believe that win-loss record is the only factor in ranking exactly how good the nations best teams are.

Tug McGraw was once asked if he preferred grass or artificial turf, to which he replied "I've never smoked artificial turf." Not sure how that fits here, but it's pretty damn funny. In his latest, Buckeye Insider Mike Furlan reports on a serious problem with the grass at Ohio Stadium. A problem so serious ... that this could be the last season the Buckeyes play on natural grass at The Shoe.

Furls was part of the "Red See" on Saturday, as a raucous crowd of 105,000 strong willed the Buckeyes to a 28-6 win going away over the Penn State Nittany Lions. Furls recaps the game, Joe Pa's bowel movements, and does his usual position by position grades in his wrapup of this weekends win.

With the talking heads at ESPN unable to coin a nickname to this past Saturday's slate of games, Cris Sykes came up with his own. "Sneakin' By Saturday". The college football weekend featured a number of high ranked teams who struggled with lesser opponents. In his weekly "4th And 12" piece, Sykes hits on the Buckeyes game as well as the week that was in college ball.
