It's time once again for The Outsider, and like many of us, Hiko feels the Browns fared reasonably well against a very staunch opponent last Sunday. An opponent that Hiko strives for the Browns to emulate, and sees the beginning stages of that mimicry starting to develop. In addition to his superb quarter by quarter recap of the contest, Hiko also uses his space to make the argument that the time for Brady Quinn to start is here. Here as in right now, today, he gives us a better chance to win.
