'Da Blurbs Adds Organizational Depth Chart To Growing List Of Indians Features

In our neverending quest to truly make this the one stop shop for Cleveland sports fans, we are constantly looking for ways to improve and enhance the website.  We've recieved a number of suggestions via
the 'contact us' link, as well as in the 'Website Suggestions, Comments, Feedback' message board in the Swerbs Blurbs message forums.  Our goal is to make this the ultimate resource for Cleveland fans, and theres no way we do that without consistent and quality feedback from our devoted readers.

One thing that Indians fans consistently wanted was updated and accurate data on the Indians team payroll, player service time and minor league options, as well as an organizational depth chart.  All of this data is hard, if not impossible, to find on the web.  That has now all changed.

Let's take a gander at some of the new features that Swerbs Blurbs is now home to, as we embark upon what should be an exciting, and hopefully memorable 2006 Indians season.  All of these links are permanently housed on our Indians page, in the right hand margin.

Indians Organizational Depth Chart

Our newest feature, this chart shows who is playing where for all levels of the Indians organization.  This a great reference for identifying where the teams strengths and weaknesses are as an organization, and also for identifying the potential ripple effect of an injury or a trade.

Indians Payroll & Future Contract Liability Data

Unleashed a couple weeks ago, this gives you the straight skinny on what the Indians actual payroll is in 2006, and also shows which players we have signed all the way out through 2011.  Click here to find out who makes what, and who the team is committed to for the 2007 and 2008 campaigns.

Indians Players Service Time & Remaining Minor League Options

Click here to find out how much MLB service time Indians players have accumulated, and also how many minor league options (if any) the teams younger players have.
