Tonight in Las Vegas there is a HBO boxing doubleheader that nobody seems to be talking about, despite the fact that we've got my cousin's #1 pound for pound fighter and a very intriguing heavyweight bout. In the headliner, Paul "The Punisher" Williams takes on Winky Wright, once one of the sport's most dangerous fighters before taking a 21 month layoff. Also, top heavyweight prospect Chris Arreola fights on this card ... and in my cousin's latest, he tells us all about it.

Tonight in Las Vegas there is a HBO boxing doubleheader that nobody seems to be talking about. It is also believed that not too many people will be inside the Mandalay Bay to witness it. Rumors are that only 2,000 tickets have been sold as of Friday morning.

My current pound for pound king Paul Williams will be headlining that card and it's a shame that nobody is talking about what could be a big fight for him. His opponent is a fighter who at one point was near the top of just about everyone's fighter rankings, Winky Wright.

Williams at 35-1 is as dangerous as they come in the sport of boxing.  In the last two years, he has been willing to move from 147 pounds all the way up to 168 potentially to get a top guy to fight him. Williams hasn't had much success finding an opponent.  Even though he has been active, his resume over his last four fights aren't top twenty fighters.

Winky Wright is finally back. Where has he been? Once known as the best defensive fighter in the game, Wright hasn't climbed between the ropes since July of 2007 when he was destroyed by Bernard Hopkins. Part of the reason he has been away so long is because he isn't a draw for fans, and that seems to be true once again. Injuries and salary demands are a few other reasons.

Winky Wright, 51-4-1, always seems to be at his best when people are counting him out. He won three fights in a row where he was a large underdog, two against Shane Mosley and the other versus Felix Trinidad. Maybe the long layoff will make Wright hungrier than ever.

Wanting to be the best is part of what makes Paul Williams my pick as the best fighter going right now. He will fight anyone.  The only option for him was Wright and he jumped at it. Winky will provide a stiff for Williams tonight. "The Punisher" is known as being one of the busiest punchers in the sport and Wright's defense is top notch. If he can get thru with a number of punches early, Winky Wright might wish he had another two years off.

With an impressive performance against Wright, Williams should be on his way to much bigger paydays. I think he is in for a tougher fight than a lot of people think but I do see him getting his hand raised once again.

There is a very nice heavyweight fight on the HBO undercard. Another one of my favorite young fighters, Chris Arreola will take on his toughest opponent to date in Jameel McCline.

The biggest question with Arreola has been his training and conditioning. His handlers said he is more focused than ever and ready to make a big splash. The talent this guy has is off the charts. Speed and power for man his size seems almost unfair.  Arreola has shown a ton of heart in the ring too.

McCline will be a stiff test but I fully expect Arreola to punish him early and often. If he is focused and ready to go like a lot of people are saying, look out heavyweight division.

A great double header in my opinion. Two of the best young fighters in the world on display against very solid opposition.  I wouldn't want to miss it.
