Jesse LamovskyJesse Lamovsky penned a piece last week about the 1986 Cleveland State Vikings, and checks back in today with another stroll down memory lane to remember the other great local Cinderella team of this era: the 2002 Kent State Golden Flashes. Led by Trevor Huffman, Andrew Mitchell, Demetric Shaw, and Antonio Gates ... the #10 seeded Flashes knocked off Oklahoma State, Alabama, and Pitt (in a memorable OT game) before falling just short of the Final Four against Indiana.
