For all those Ohio State fans still lamenting head coach Jim Tressel's second straight loss in the national championship game, Gary has two words for you: Rich Rodriguez. Rodriguez has barely been head coach of the Michigan Wolverines for a month yet in that short period of time he's created enough adversity for himself that the Michigan administration might as well fly a red flag permanently. And with each passing day, Buckeye fans discover a new reason to appreciate what they have in Tressel as the contrast between him and Rodriguez couldn't be starker.

The outpouring of emotion following the Ohio State Buckeyes second consecutive loss in a national championship game has been rampant in our message forums.  Some can't believe that the Buckeyes laid an egg for two years in a row. Well Buckeye fans, our worst nightmares came true.  And for the second straight year, Ohio State was dominated in the BCS Title Game by a school from the SEC as the LSU Tigers came back from a 10-0 deficit to beat the Buckeyes by a 38-24 count.  Brian McPeek saddled up to knock out a live running game diary for all you masochists out there.  How long 'till pitchers and catchers report?
