College football season starts this weekend, and with it, so does The Cleveland Fan's 2007 Pick 'Em & Click Em contests for the NFL and NCAA Football regular seasons.  The rules couldn't be any simpler.  Just log on at some point each week and pick the winners of the college and pro football games.  No pointspreads.  No entry fee.  Just log in and make your picks.  And we're giving away $250 cash to the winners of both the NFL and NCAA contests this season.  Details inside. The rules couldn't be any simpler.  Just log on at some point each week and pick the winners of the college and pro football games.  No pointspreads.  No entry fee.  Just log in and make your picks.

The NFL and NCAA Football contests are two separate entities, and we'll crown two separate winners for both the pro and college picks.  This year our winner will be determined by most total wins, so you're rewarded for logging on each week to make your selections.  I load the games each Monday morning and send out one weekly reminder to all Pick Em & Click Em participants each week so no one forgets.

Also, we'll be giving away $250 cash this year to the winners of both the NFL and NCAA contests.  Additionally, we will be holding separate contests for the MLB playoffs, the NFL playoffs, and the NCAA football bowl games ... with the prizes still to be announced for those contests.  That's five different Pick Em & Click Em contests over the course of the next five months, all with handsome prizes, and free to enter for site visitors.

The Pick Em & Click Em module really has some cool features.  It tracks the standings by sport, your lifetime Pick Em W-L totals by sport, and also your overall Pick Em prowess in all sports.  Like with anything on the site, if there's ever any suggestions any of you have as to how we can enhance it further, just drop me a line and we'll see if we can make it happen.

Lastly, just a reminder that voting closes tonight for round two of our "32 Greatest Moments In Cleveland Sports History" bracket and our "64 Best Actors In Hollywood" bracket.  There are still some very tight matchups in both fields that will be determined by how the late voting comes in. 

By the morning, we'll be down to the final eight Cleveland sports moments since the Browns defeated the Colts in the 1964 NFL Championship Game.  And I'll be on "All Bets Are Off with Bruce Drennan" tomorrow at 5:40 to break down the Elite Eight with Bruce.

Thanks again for making the site a part of your daily routine.  This little thing of ours started as a fun hobby, and we've seen growth over the last 18 months that none of us could have expected.  We just keep trying to improve the site a little bit each day, even if some of the steps are small.
