Scott SwerbinskyEven though there has been an unreal number of fighters pull out of UFC 108, the show will still go on. Las Vegas and the MGM Grand will host to what is being called the most cursed card in the history of the Ultimate Fighting Championship. The main event was scheduled to be Brock Lesnar versus Shane Carwin. Lesnar became ill and hasn't trained since. Anderson Silva, Carlos Condit, Sean Sherk, and Tyson Griffin all at one point were scheduled to fight at UFC 108. Fight fans will not get to see any of those guys tonight. The fight cards that lack a lot of star power or that people bash typically produces the best fights. My cousin says there are still some good matchups on this card and it should be a good night of fights. He previews the event for oue readers.

In the night's main event BJ Penn showed everyone that when is focused and motivated he is nearly unbeatable. My cousin recaps his win and the rest of the card in his recap of UFC 107.

Our resident fight doctor gives us his thoughts on the B.J. Penn/Diego Sanchez as well as the rest of the card in his preview of tonight's event.

Scott SwerbinskyIt really is Andre Ward's time. He is the new Super Middleweight champion and he put on one hell of a performance. UFC 106 was a bit of a letdown but Ward sure wasn't. Last night in his hometown of Oakland, California, Andre Ward sent his fans home excited. He outworked and outboxed Mikkel Kessler on his way to a very easy decision victory. His record now is a perfect 21-0. My cousin recaps Ward/Kessler & UFC 106.

Scott SwerbinskyTwo excellent events in one night is always a good thing in the fight business. One unreal star outshined them all last night. Manny Pacquiao is a freak of nature and one of the best fighters possibly of all time. He added another notch to his already hall of fame career with a destruction of Miguel Cotto. The fight was stopped by referee Kenny Bayless in the 12th round but it should have been stopped a few rounds earlier.
